Alzheimer's Disease Summer Externship: 2013 Application

Who can apply: Medical students who will have completed their first year of medical school (by the summer of 2013) at either the University of Wisconsin Medical School (Madison) or the Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee).

The externship involves travel between multiple communities in Wisconsin (Madison, Milwaukee, Richland Center and Rhinelander). We will provide housing as needed to minimize your travel. Do you have a vehicle to get you to these locations? Will you need housing in any of these locations?

The Wisconsin Alzheimer's Institute, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, under the direction of Mark Sager, MD, developed this opportunity and will provide mentorship and guidance during the externship.
